When you register on our OJS platform, submit a manuscript, or contact us, we collect personal data including your name, email address, institutional affiliation, country of residence, and ORCID iD (where provided). We also collect anonymised usage data through website analytics to improve our services.

We use your data to manage manuscript submissions and the peer review process; communicate editorial decisions and correspondence; send journal update bulletins (with your consent); index published articles with CrossRef, DOAJ, and other databases; and improve our platforms and editorial services.

TRJG does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers (OJS platform hosting, CrossRef DOI registration, indexing databases) strictly necessary for our publishing operations, under formal data processing agreements.

TRJG takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our OJS platform uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmission.
